We are looking for a diligent and responsible caretaker to ensure the proper functioning and safety of a facility. The caretaker plays a key role in maintaining order, technical condition, and overall management of a building, property, or institution. This position requires a high level of responsibility, organization, and the ability to respond quickly to arising issues.
The caretaker will be responsible for daily inspections of premises, monitoring the technical condition of equipment, interacting with contractors and service providers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. They must be able to identify malfunctions, organize repair work, and maintain maintenance documentation.
In addition, the caretaker must ensure cleanliness and order on the premises, supervise maintenance staff, and, if necessary, participate in administrative matters. It is important that the candidate has interpersonal communication skills, as they will interact with tenants, visitors, and other staff.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in a similar role, knowledge of basic building maintenance, the ability to work with documentation, and planning skills. Flexibility, stress resistance, and readiness to work in non-standard situations are also important qualities.
